What is being done and what should we be doing to ensure a prosperous economic future for our greater community?

What are the projections as to what jobs industry and government will need twenty years into the future?

Will we have enough skilled workers to fill those jobs?

How are our educational institutions responding to ensure that we have educated workers for tomorrow’s jobs?

If we are parents, grandparents, aunts or uncles, how should we be mentoring young people so they are skilled and employable?
